Just like physical energy that gets depleted as we use our energy in everyday life activities, our chakras and elements get depleted over time.  The ideal state is to have 100% strength and power in each of our main 7 chakras. Similarly, the five elemental power need to be in balance. In the balance state, everything is at its 100% power (strength).    
 
Sometimes (rarely), some chakras may be overactive, while most often some, often several chakras are at low level of their power if not reset.  Having this session is like resetting your energy system to the ideal state.  It is recommended to have this session every once in a while to bring back balance to yourself, especially if you are experiencing exhaustion, physical unwellness, or feeling out of balance.
 
When the chakras get weak, we feel exhausted, and out of balance. For example, I often find that when people experience physical unwellness such as lack of energy, low immunity, when they get physically sick and it takes longer than usual for medication to help them get back to their ideal state, most often the chakras are weak.  Some physical illnesses, such as weakness in the abdomen area or reproductive organs are also associated to low energy in the lower chakras.  
 
Clearing energy such as the 114 chakras session remove negative energies and blockages, however, the purpose of energy clearing session is not to make your energy higher or increase the power of the chakras.  This chakra and element balancing is the one session that helps bring you back to the ideal state of being empowered. 
 
The purpose is to bring the power of all chakras and element back to 100%.  This will also help raise your energy level.  This session is more closely related to the energy body at the level that is closer to physical and emotional wellbeing on the close to physical realm.  Dr. Kas will also realign your chakras and gather each chakra's energy that may be scatterred to bring them back to thier empowered states and aligned in the center of your energy body.  Sometimes some chakras may shift position or not expanding in the right direction.  This session is ideal to reset your energy system.
