2. Limitations
The practitioner does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication or substances, interfere with medical care, or perform medical treatment. Results vary for individuals, and multiple sessions may be required.

3. Complementary Care
Reiki and Energy Healing may complement medical and psychological care but are never a replacement. The practitioner makes no promises or claims of curing illnesses.

 

4. Client Responsibility
Clients agree to consult with a licensed healthcare provider regarding any serious medical or psychological conditions.

 

5. Pricing & Payment
Prices for services and programs may change at any time prior to purchase. Payment must be received in full before any services are performed.

 

6. Advice & Liability
Any guidance provided by the practitioner is not medical, legal, or financial advice. Results vary by individual, and the practitioner cannot be held liable for outcomes.

 

7. Confidentiality
Clients agree to abide by the Confidentiality Policy provided separately.

Confidentiality Policy

1. Client Privacy
All personal information and session content shared by clients will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s written consent, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is an imminent risk of harm to self or others.

2. Practitioner’s Materials

The client agrees to respect the confidentiality and intellectual property of the practitioner. This includes, but is not    limited to, session methods, information about practitioner or the sessions that are shared with the client, written content, recordings, and other materials, which may not be shared,  reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

3. Mutual Respect
Both practitioner and client agree to maintain discretion and respect in all communications, honoring the trust that is essential to the healing relationship.
