1-1 sessions are great and intense healing.  After 1-1 sessions, it is advisable for some cases to use personal Reiki Videos to maintain well being.  In some cases, you may seek energy to continuously support you such as that can be obtained from personal healing videos which can be played while minimizing on your computer and muting.  The video can also be put on loop and play while you do other activities.  Healing videos are great tools that can be used to support you any time or however frequent you feel the need.
